Founded by Olivier Verhoef, Verhoef Architecture offers a personalized service for the development of plans for your residential projects, whether for new construction, expansion or redevelopment.

Needs assesment

We value the time we spend listening to you and assessing your needs in order to understand the essence of your project. It is essential for us to understand each detail while respecting your budget.

Elaboration of the plans

Drawing up plans is divided into 2 stages:
The first is the preliminary planning stage, where the customer is presented with sketches to help him visualize and understand the project. We work with the customer until the project fully reflects what the customer has in mind, within budget.
Step 2 involves completing the technical plans, which will be used to :

Obtain building permits
Make all necessary bids
For construction (site copy)

Delivery of the plans

Delivery of plans includes the official PDF copy issued for permits, plus 2 hard copies in architectural format (1 for the customer and 1 for the general contractor). More copies are available upon request.

Specialty - insulating formwork

For self-builders, the option of using ICFs for the framing of the house can be highly advantageous for a number of reasons: amongst others, its ease of handling and installation. At Verhoef Architecture, we specialize in this type of construction. We adapt the dimensions of the building to the ICF modules. We are therefore able to maximize the material so that there is as little waste as possible, and so avoid filling the container for nothing!
